Angela Linden received her nursing degree from Mercy College of Health Sciences, Bachelor of Science from St. Francis University, and Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Des Moines University.
Her clinical nursing includes critical care and emergency medicine at Unity Point-Des Moines. She was also a healthcare quality expert for the Iowa Foundation for Medical Care, now Telligen.
Her administrative career includes executive leadership as the director of planning at Mercy Medical Center – Des Moines where she participated in efforts to plan and build a $100 million new suburban hospital as well as led several strategic planning initiatives for the hospital, rural hospital network, and its wholly-owned subsidiaries. She also served on the advocacy team, working on local, state, and national healthcare policy and political issues.
As CEO of Manning Regional Health Care Center, she planned and initiated the construction of a new Critical Access Hospital and successfully grew the medical staff.

Leader, speaker, innovator, Todd Linden received his MA and BA degrees from the University of Iowa and recently retired after 24 years as CEO of Grinnell Regional Medical Center where he was named CEO Emeritus.
GRMC was cited by The Washington Post for its optimal healing environment and by The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal for innovations in quality and patient safety. Linden received leadership awards from the American and Iowa Hospital Associations and the University of Iowa.
Linden served on the boards of the American Hospital Association, Grinnell College, and the National Rural Advisory Committee for the US Department of Health and Human Services. He is an adjunct professor and Executive-in-Residence at the University of Iowa College of Public Health and currently serves on its advisory board. Linden is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, facilitates its CEO Bootcamp, and is on the editorial board of “Frontiers of Healthcare” Management”.
