Strategic Planning

To affiliate or not to affiliate, that is often the question many independent hospitals wrestle with at some point or another. Our experienced consultants help boards and administrative teams consider all the pros and cons of affiliation. The time to consider affiliation is when the hospital is in a strong financial and performance position, rather than desperate for a system to take them. We are agnostic to whether a hospital chooses to affiliate or not, but focus on helping the hospital make an informed decision.
